Conditions: Superb engine, easy starting, brakes/lights/horn/signal/speedometer work fine, very bright lights and loud horn, nice Vespa pipe sound.
Add 2T oil directly into tank using measuring cup (20 ml to 1L petrol)
Kickstart only, no electric start New front/rear tyres
Note: Some paint cracks on right side but scooter still looks good
